First personal contact
During a first personal interview we take time to discuss your sportive goals and intentions as well as your preferences and interests to suggest a successful training programme. Then you decide whether mountain fitness can offer you the right concept.
Before you start with your first training unit we analyse your life style, eating habits and muscular condition according to sports-scientific criteria. The evaluation of your present physical status helps to determine the success of your training.
Floor mats, balls, Nordic Walking sticks, XCO or pulse monitoring watch will be provided for each training unit. You just concentrate on your training and goals.
Individual training units
You get individual training units with your own personal trainer. Flexible time schedules and free choice of location combined with competence and expert knowledge guarantee the best possible training results during versatile training units. 30, 60, 90 minutes or how long you want. A Full body workout or specific training for rehabilitation or prevention.
Mental training is the process to learn or improve a movement sequence by intensive imagining without simultaneous actual practice. It's nothing more than (for example) you think on holiday and imagines how you swim in the ocean. The imagination knows no boundaries. If this technique is mastered, it can be used in all situations.
Special training schedule
For your next challenge for example 'Engadin Skimarathon' or 'New York Marathon' or 'Engadiner Sommerlauf' in August. Tell me about your aims and I will give you the possibility to do it. Training schedules are individual adapted for special races.
Ask for special events for a unique teambuilding outdoor or indoor.
